AI Insights credits and plan requirements

AI Insights requires any paid plan (Basic and above). Overview reports and competitor comparisons are billed separately from your wallet credits.

AI Insights is available on any paid plan (Basic, Growth, or Pro) — it isn't tied to a specific tier, just to being a paying subscriber.

Usage is billed from your credit wallet, separately from your subscription:

  • An AI Insights Overview report costs more credits than most other actions on the platform, since it bundles multiple data pulls per platform. It stays valid for 30 days — revisit the same target for free within that window, or pay again to refresh early.
  • A competitor comparison costs fewer credits, and repeating the same comparison is free for 7 days.

If a report fails to generate on our end after you're charged, the credits are refunded automatically — you're never charged for a report you didn't receive.
