Refund Policy

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA/UK Customers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your initial subscription purchase within 14 days of the order date, without giving any reason. This right applies only to your first subscription payment — it does not apply to renewal charges, plan upgrade charges, or credit wallet top-ups.

Because our service begins immediately upon purchase (at your request), the refund amount reflects the value of the service you've already used during that period, calculated based on your actual usage (audits run, keywords tracked, monitoring performed, etc.) rather than elapsed calendar time. If you haven't used the service at all, you'll receive a full refund. If you've used a portion of your monthly allowance, your refund will be prorated accordingly.

To request a withdrawal, go to your Billing page within 14 days of your first payment and use the withdrawal option next to that order, or contact support.

Subscription Renewals

Recurring renewal charges are not eligible for automatic refunds. You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll retain access until then.

Plan Upgrades and Credit Wallet Top-Ups

Charges for mid-cycle plan upgrades and credit wallet top-ups are generally non-refundable, as they grant immediate access to additional features or credits. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact support and we'll review it on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, who handles billing, tax, and payment collection on our behalf. Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Paddle.
