1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the site, or using any SearchVitals services, you agree to be bound by these terms and by any policies referenced in them.

2. Use of the Service

You may use SearchVitals only in compliance with applicable laws and only for legitimate business or personal website analysis purposes. You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with service availability, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or infrastructure.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Content and Data

You retain ownership of the information, URLs, and other materials you submit to the platform. By using the service, you grant us the limited rights necessary to process that information, generate reports, maintain the service, and improve platform functionality.

5. Billing, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for the billing cycle you select (monthly or annual) and renew automatically until cancelled. By subscribing, you expressly request that we begin providing the service immediately, before any statutory withdrawal period described below has ended.

If you are a consumer entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal (for example, under EU consumer protection law), you may cancel your subscription within 14 days of your first-ever subscription payment. This right applies only to that initial payment — it does not reapply to later renewal charges, since those continue an existing contract rather than forming a new one.

Because you have asked us to begin the service immediately, the amount refunded is not a flat percentage — it is calculated in direct proportion to the unused portion of everything included in your plan (audits, keyword rank tracking, manual rank refreshes, and website uptime monitoring) at the time you request cancellation, rather than the number of days that have passed. For example, if you have used the equivalent of 30% of your plan's monthly value across these items, 70% of the amount paid is refunded; if you have used the full monthly value, no refund is provided. This applies the same way whether you are billed monthly or annually — because withdrawal can only ever be requested in the first 14 days of your first payment, the calculation always reflects a single month's usage regardless of billing cycle, so annual and monthly subscribers are treated identically. In all cases, your subscription is cancelled immediately and no further charges apply. This reflects the real, usage-driven costs we incur in providing the service.

Outside of this window — including for any renewal charge, even one billed within the last 14 days — subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time.

6. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. While we aim for reliable availability, the platform is provided on an as-available basis and uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the platform to violate laws, infringe the rights of others, distribute harmful code, scrape protected systems without authorization, or overload the service through abusive automation or excessive requests.

8. Intellectual Property

The SearchVitals platform, branding, software, design, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Reports, recommendations, and analysis results are provided for informational purposes only and do not guarantee search rankings, traffic outcomes, or business results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SearchVitals is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required by law, or if continued access creates security or operational risk. You may stop using the service at any time.
