Refunds and the 14-day withdrawal window

EU customers can self-serve cancel and get a usage-based refund within 14 days of their first-ever subscription order, from the Billing page.

If you're in the EU, you have a legal right to withdraw from your first-ever subscription order within 14 days — this doesn't apply to renewal charges, only that very first purchase, and it doesn't apply to wallet top-ups.

To use it, find that first order on your Billing page and click the withdrawal option. Because service started immediately at your request, the refund is usage-based rather than a full refund — you're refunded the portion of that period's value you haven't used yet, based on your actual audits, keyword tracking, and other usage so far. If you've already used the full value of the period, no refund applies, but your subscription is still cancelled.

Withdrawing immediately cancels the subscription — there's no way to withdraw partially and keep the plan active.
