How to upgrade your plan
Upgrades apply immediately — you're charged only the prorated difference for the time remaining in your billing period, based on how much of your current plan you've already used.
How to downgrade or cancel your plan
Downgrades are always scheduled for your next renewal date, never immediate — you keep full access to your current plan until then, and there's no charge to downgrade.
Refunds and the 14-day withdrawal window
EU customers can self-serve cancel and get a usage-based refund within 14 days of their first-ever subscription order, from the Billing page.
How the credit wallet works
The wallet is a separate, pay-as-you-go credit balance that pays for Keyword Research and AI Insights usage — distinct from your subscription plan.
